The restaurant RITA is a restaurant model with free service (self-service) mostly targeting the weekday lunch crowd, offering service between the hours of 11.30am and 2.30pm.
The restaurant’s premises range in size between 350 and 1000 square meters and serve over one thousand customers daily.

These kinds of venues are usually located in industrial parks or in manufacturing areas aiming to serve the workers employed by the surrounding companies. They can also be found in shopping centers, historic areas or business districts addressing the needs of families, professionals or people working in the service-producing sector. When they are located in rest stops, stations or airports, they become an excellent choice for travelers.
The flexibility of their selections offers a wide variety of choices, from traditional Italian regional dishes and light, innovative fares, to international dishes and, in some cases, pizza.
