The Piazza del Sole restaurant is a fast food model which changes its selections throughout the day depending on demand, from breakfast to the aperitif hour with the addition of a corner bar.
They usually occupy a floor space that ranges between 40 and 200 square meters and offer a wide variety of services and products. The main characteristic of this model is the on the premises production of the products offered which range from various tasty pizza (round, cut in slices or in wedges) to the best traditional Italian regional focaccia, from piadina romagnola (a flat bread which is a specialty from Romagna) to other savory treats, in addition to a vast selection of fresh salads.

It categorically excludes the use of frozen dough to guarantee the wholesomeness and quality of its gastronomic selections.
