CIR food is a large cooperative company that operates in the catering sector, with competence and professionalism. Cir considers quality a top priority, which means that its goal is always to be "close to the customer", in its broadest meaning.

For this reason, CIR makes continuous efforts and commits its resources to:

  • anticipate market changes
  • improve customer satisfaction
  • become their partner of choice
  • improve consumption patterns

These objectives are achieved through compliance with the code of ethics as provided for in the Company’s Mission Statement, and the implementation of a Quality Management System certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001. This system allows CIR food to assess and control, even outside the company and over time, the responsiveness of the organization to its quality standards, to test the efficiency of its processes and its ability to deliver services; and to monitor the evolution of the market and adopt a consistent management style.

The principles guiding the policy regarding quality control are:

  • continuously improving the quality of the service provided, identifying the causes of poor service record, and taking the necessary actions to prevent its recurrence;
  • systematically monitoring the level of customers and collaborators’ satisfaction, so that the entire organization is constantly oriented towards maintaining the quality standards;
  • empowering the entire staff, pointing out to employees their duties and responsibilities, and how their actions affect the entire organization, in order to allow them to maintain the same standards while pursuing improvement

Commitments to quality, in their practical application, are supported by tools, methods and resources to ensure the achievement of the objectives.
