On February 22, 2006, CIR food earned, for 4 of its kitchens, certification of compliance with UNI 10854:1999 attesting that its Self-Monitoring System is designed and implemented according to HACCP.
Such self-monitoring document, fulfilling the EC REG 852/04 and subsequent amendments, applies to all production and sale units directly managed by CIR food, and it guarantees the safety of the products/services offered by employing systematic processes of analysis and control.
