At the end of 2008, CIR food, acquired 40% ownership of 417 Lafayette Restaurant LLC, which, in 2006 in New York, opened the Restaurant called “Colors”. Colors was the first restaurant opened by formal employees of Windows on the World, the restaurant that was located at the top of one of the two World Trade Center towers. Colors, which offers high end cuisine, with dishes inspired by classic recipes from the native lands of its employees presented with several menu options, is located at 417 Lafayette Restaurant LLC and it is also part of ROC NY Restaurant Opportunities Center of New York and RWOR Worker Owner Restaurant LLC which are cooperative companies assisting and protecting immigrant workers.
