The second meeting was held on May 10,2005 in Milan and had as a theme “ Nutritional trends and styles adopted by the Italian consumers for their lunch break”. The speakers were Giovanni Biasci, Director of Italia GIRA food Service, Daniele Tirelli, president of POPAI Italia, Giampaolo Fabris, President of GPF&Associates and Professor of Consumer Sociology IULM University in Milan.
