Reggio Emilia hosted the first meeting on May 29, 2004. The title was “What will we eat in twenty years? - Nutrition between culture and health” and the speakers were Gianni Tamino, Biology Professor at Padua University and member of the workgroup OGM at the Ministry of Forestry, Catia Iori, president of the Piramix Research Institute, Claudio Tubili, Professor of Nutritional Science at the Sapienza University, and Giancarlo Roversi, journalist.
