In Ho Chi Minh City, the VITA food subsidiary opened a meal center in 2010 that can produce 8,000 meals per day. These meals are partially served through a self-service restaurant, and partially are intended for take-away, thus transferring the model developed by CIR food in Italy. The center also includes a coffee shop and two catering halls.
